We are happy to announce the Akira Arimura travel Awards:
The Akira Arimura Foundation sponsors the Arimura Travel Award to encourage and assist deserving young investigators' (under age 40) attendance at VIP/PACAP meetings through cash disbursements for travel costs and/or registration fees. Selection shall be based on merit, with primary consideration for published research. The organizing committee shall screen the attendees and provide a list of recommended investigators, including the research-based merits for each candidate, to the foundation board. The board shall review the list, making modifications as it sees appropriate. Once the resulting list is approved, funds will be sent to the organizing committee, which shall allocate amounts to each awardee.
Due date for applications: 15.10.2025
Abstract submissions for short lecture competition – winners will receive a special Arimura Award:
Eight- presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts

Abstracts (10 words title, 250 words, text) by Ph.D. students or Postdoctoral fellow along with current CVs and list of publications should be submitted by the 15th of October 2025
The planned meeting will include 10 sessions including 8 symposia, 3 keynote lectures, Arimua scholarships for young scientists & Mutt Award. Student and postdoctoral fellow competition and prizes. Topics to span regulatory peptides, peptide toxins, peptide drug development (ADNP/NAP), peptidases, & highlights for VIP, PACAP and related peptides.
